岗位职责：
1、参与企业数字化平台的后端架构设计与核心功能开发；
2、集成LDAP统一认证与JWT令牌鉴权，实现单点登录（SSO）及基于RBAC的精细化权限控制；
3、对接公司现有LSF集群，开发并行调度、资源统计等核心功能；
4、构建分布式异步任务处理机制，支持大规模任务的并行执行与管理；
5、负责MySQL、Redis等数据存储组件的设计与优化，保证系统数据一致性与高并发下的响应性能；
6、配合前端工程师完成接口联调，协助测试工程师完成功能测试、性能测试与缺陷修复，保障系统高质量交付。
任职要求：
1、统招硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程等相关专业，有Python开发经验，基础扎实，编码规范；
2、熟练掌握FastAPI、Django等至少一种Python框架；
3、熟悉常用数据库和中间件MySQL、Redis、RabbitMQ（或kafka）、Elasticsearch，具备良好的数据建模与性能调优能力；
4、熟悉Linux环境下的开发与部署，熟练使用Git等工具；
5、理解异步编程模型，有Celery或类似任务队列框架的使用经验；
6、具备良好的接口设计能力，熟悉RESTful API规范；
7、熟悉LDAP、SSO、RBAC等认证授权机制者优先；
8、有LSF等高性能计算集群调度系统使用或二次开发经验者加分；
9、有AI工程化经验（如对接大模型API、RAG应用开发、向量数据库等）者加分。
