Siwei (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Siwei Biotech"), established in Shanghai in 2016, is a platform-based innovative pharmaceutical enterprise in China and globally, which is the first to carry out R&D and production of innovative mRNA vaccines and nano-lipid particle delivery technology services. It is also an innovative vaccine R&D enterprise in China that has mastered mRNA nucleic acid design, synthesis and modification technology, liposome encapsulation technology and large-scale production technology, as well as independent design and development of production-related equipment. Among its achievements, the self-developed novel coronavirus mRNA vaccine has received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in Laos and has completed Phase III clinical enrollment in Laos; personalized tumor vaccines have been initiated in Phase I clinical trials in Australia. Since its inception, the company has possessed professional management, R&D, and expert teams, all of whom have previously held positions at world-renowned biomedical companies, bringing extensive industry experience and outstanding academic and scientific achievements. Based on its technology platforms, Siwei Biotech has concurrently initiated applications in multiple therapeutic areas (such as tumor immunology and infectious diseases) and the development of more than twenty product pipelines.
