Transtel Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Transtel, formerly Shanghai Transtel Instruments Technology Co., Ltd., abbreviated as Transtel Instruments) was established in 2005, headquartered in Shanghai, and is one of the first batch of companies listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange (stock code: 831961). It is a professional wireless communication company specializing in independent research and development of RF communication testing technology and providing overall solutions. The company focuses on wireless communication testing, connected vehicle testing, and wireless communication equipment, possessing its own brand and a series of core patents in wireless communication and RF microwave technology. It integrates R&D, production, and sales, and is a high-tech enterprise with independent intellectual property rights. It was awarded the Special Prize of the 2016 National Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of the 2020 Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award. Over the years, Transtel has undertaken the national major science and technology project "New Generation Broadband Wireless Mobile Communication Network" development tasks, as well as Shanghai's high-tech industrialization projects, strategic emerging industry development projects, and technology innovation action tasks. It also undertakes the continuous construction of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Wireless Communication Testing Instruments and fully conducts research on 5G/6G communication testing technology.
