Youth Joy (Beijing) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is the first company in China dedicated to investing in and managing chain white-collar apartments. At its founding in 2012, it received investment from SoftBank Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF), a leading domestic fund. The company created the chain apartment operation and management brand: CYPA (China Young Professionals Apartments). The company's goal is to use its innovatively proposed concept of Life, Home, Community to create standardized, fully equipped, distinctively managed whole-building community apartments for white-collar workers in conveniently located areas of China's core cities. The apartment's management team is composed of members from well-known domestic and international asset and property management companies, as well as Les Clefs d'Or from the internationally renowned Ritz-Carlton hotel. The company founder, together with SAIF, also initiated the SAIF Real Estate Fund, used for rapidly and at scale acquiring and developing high-quality assets customized for white-collar apartments; the property in Beijing CBD was acquired in May 2013.
The CYPA Beijing Forbidden City branch opened in June 2013, and the Beijing CBD flagship store is also in intensive preparation for opening. The company plans to open more than 30 independently operated chain apartments and more than 20 brand management licensed chain apartments within 3-5 years in the first-tier cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, as well as in developed provincial capitals and mature economic development zones.
