It is a state-owned comprehensive construction engineering consulting enterprise wholly owned by Huazhong University of Science and Technology with independent legal personality. It is currently a council member of the China Construction Supervision Association, a vice president unit of the Hubei Province Construction Supervision Association, and a president unit of the Wuhan Construction Supervision and Consulting Industry Association. The company possesses comprehensive engineering supervision qualifications issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, as well as specialized qualifications in engineering consulting and bidding agency services.
After 19 years of leapfrog development, under the guidance of the "one body, two wings" strategic development framework, the company has achieved a series of remarkable accomplishments.
