上海恒久公司是2005年4月刚成立不久的全国性专业酒类自主品牌销售公司，其母公司浙江东海酒业有限公司成立于20世纪80年代末期，前身为1954年新中国成立不久公司合营时期的舟山海康酒厂，创始于唐宋年代的“马秦坊酒铺”和1914年民国三年的“陈德顺发记酿酒坊”。公司设施完备，技术雄厚，厂区占地面积8万平方米，固定资产6000多万元。年产酒近2万吨，有黄酒、白酒、果酒等三大类20余个品种，拥有“普陀山米酒”、“黄药师恒酒”、“德顺坊老酒”等专利品牌。“普陀山米酒”曾多次获得省部级和国家行业质检优质奖，1994年和1999年还分别荣获第二届巴拿马国际食品博览会金奖和浙江省*商标。
