Guangdong Douyuan Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of electrogalvanized steel sheets. The company was established in 2003, completed plant construction in 2004, covering an area of nearly 50,000 square meters. The company boasts advanced electrogalvanizing production lines imported from South Korea, an independent R&D technology center, comprehensive scientific research and testing equipment, as well as high-precision slitting and shearing production lines. In May 2005, the installation of electrogalvanized steel sheet production equipment was completed and officially put into operation, with a designed annual capacity of approximately 200,000 tons. In 2010, the second production division's small cross-cutting and slitting workshops were completed and put into operation, with an annual processing capacity of 150,000 tons. During this period, the company obtained ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications (in 2007), developed and produced environmentally friendly conductive fingerprint-resistant and untreated products, and in July 2011, obtained the "JIS" and "JIS G3313" certifications. The company adopts advanced electrogalvanizing technology from South Korea, with a professional South Korean technical team responsible for technology development and engineering renovation, making it the first electrogalvanizing manufacturer in China to adopt nickel-free technology. In 2012, after optimization and improvement of equipment, the annual production capacity reached 360,000 tons. Since the company's inception, it has not only achieved breakthrough improvements in annual output and quality but also enhanced resource recycling. In August 2016, the reclaimed water reuse workshop was upgraded, achieving a reclaimed water reuse rate of 65% to 70%, greatly conserving water resources. In March of the following year, through continuous efforts of the R&D and Quality Departments, the company successfully developed new products, black resin-coated steel sheets and brushed steel sheets, increasing the diversity of the company's products. In 2020, after obtaining IATF 16949 automotive management system certification, the company completed shareholder changes in the same year, successfully transitioning from a foreign-invested enterprise to a domestic-invested enterprise. Moreover, under the careful preparation of the new leadership team, in June 2021, the CPC Guangdong Douyuan Precision Technology Co., Ltd. Branch Committee was officially established, with 5 formal party members and 19 active applicants.
