杭州市粮食收储有限公司成立于1998年8月，是一家负责杭州市区政策性粮食的收购、保管、销售和军粮供应等业务的国有独资企业。公司注册资金7200万元，现有总资产5.54亿元，固定资产1.43亿元，储粮规模21.5万吨，储备油规模3650吨。
公司设“四部一室”，即仓储部、业务部、财务部、发展部和办公室，下辖南星桥、义桥、半山、良渚4个分公司。
公司拥有一座目前亚洲*大的地下粮库，仓容5.1万吨；在勾庄物流园区建设仓容为11万吨的新型粮仓。公司拥有两条铁路专用线，分别与浙赣线、宣杭线接轨，年吞吐量可达100万吨；拥有二处运河码头，设计中转量40万吨。
