Guangdong Luofushan Baihe Pharmaceutical Factory (hereinafter referred to as Baihe Pharmaceutical Factory) is located at the foot of Luofu Mountain, one of the four famous mountains in Guangdong (Changning Town, Boluo County, Guangdong Province). It is a modern Chinese and Western medicine production enterprise integrating scientific research, production, and sales. Relying on Guangsan Highway (National Highway 324) and Guanghui Expressway, the factory is situated in the Pearl River Delta, adjacent to the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Special Zone, with convenient transportation and a quiet environment. Baihe Pharmaceutical Factory is a wholly people-owned enterprise, affiliated with Unit 75210 of the People's Liberation Army (one of the few enterprises approved for retention by the PLA General Logistics Department in 2004). It covers an area of 33,000 square meters, with a factory and warehouse area of 28,000 square meters. Founded in 1969, the factory has a long history of over 40 years. Over the past four decades, the enterprise has continuously explored the essence of medicine, inherited the Chinese quintessence, and adhered to the business policy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme, Serving Society" in its development, achieving good social and economic benefits. It has been awarded multiple honors by national, provincial, municipal, and county government departments, military regions, the General Logistics Department, and authoritative media. In 2015, the production scale was expanded, with newly built, renovated, and expanded production workshops and warehouse facilities, successfully passing the 2010 version of GMP certification. The production capacity has been greatly improved, currently with fixed assets of over 80 million yuan, an annual output value of 120 million yuan, nearly 300 employees, and more than 80 professional and technical personnel, with strong technical strength. It has established a quality inspection building with advanced equipment and complete functions, a pretreatment and extraction workshop, a solid preparation workshop, and an independent pill production line in the solid preparation workshop, with a daily production capacity of 10 tons of pills, 10 million tablets, 10 tons of granules, and 6 million capsules.
