Guangdong Saikang Pharmaceutical Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Saikang Pharmaceutical") was founded in 2010 and is affiliated to Guangdong Saikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The company is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise committed to the research, development and production of generic drugs with technical barriers, high-end preparations and improved new drugs. "Saikang Pharmaceutical" began construction in 2013 in strict accordance with European and American GMP standards, and has a modern drug production base that meets FDA standards and is equipped with international pharmaceutical equipment. The production base is located in the Huizhou Industrial Transfer Park of Guangdong Province, covering an area of 135 mu, with a total investment of approximately 350 million yuan.

At present, "Saikang Pharmaceutical" mainly produces products such as metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets. In recent years, it has won industry honors continuously. In August 2020, it was selected in the third batch of national centralized drug procurement. Saikang Pharmaceutical is the only enterprise in Guangdong that won the bid for metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets, which will be exclusively supplied for hospital prescription drugs in Guangdong, Guizhou and Hubei provinces. At the same time, "Metformin Extended-Release Tablets" was rated as a famous and excellent product in Guangdong Province. In October 2021, it obtained the "High-tech Enterprise" certificate issued by Guangdong Province. In May 2022, it was awarded the "Guangdong Provincial Doctoral Work Station" by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. As of 2020, it has obtained three new drug approvals. It is expected that at least three new drug certificates and production approvals will be obtained each year in the future. Within five years, it will develop at a high speed of no less than 50% annual growth rate. Within five years, the output value will reach 2 billion yuan, and within ten years, it will strive to achieve an output value of 5 billion yuan.

At present, the company has established a high-level R&D team composed of graduates from renowned universities such as Peking University, China Pharmaceutical University, and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. [Team Leader Luo Xiangdong] graduated from Peking University and China Pharmaceutical University, with 30 years of practical experience in industrial pharmacy. He is good at exploring the application of new technologies and pharmaceutical processes, proficient in drug formulation design and process design, and has a high industry status.

[Chief Scientist Dr. Xie Guiyang] graduated from the Department of Chemistry at Peking University with a doctoral degree. He once served as a professor at Beijing Medical College. He is skilled in the research and development of drug preparations such as traditional Chinese medicine, chemical drugs, and biopharmaceuticals, with nearly 30 years of experience in drug development and team management.

Saikang Excellent Drug Research Center implements a more open and wise Me-Whatever drug development strategy.
