The main store of Maixuan Bakery is located on Wuhe Street in Hong Kong. Founded in 1932, it became famous for its family-recipe sweetheart cakes. Based on the craftsmanship philosophy of Hong Kong Maixuan Bakery—"meticulous and ever-improving"—Maixuan Food advances with the times and continuously innovates, developing a series of mid-to-high-end traditional pastries: Chinese traditional cakes (tea snack series represented by New Hong Kong-style puff pastry sweetheart cakes, hand-held series, and wedding cake series), mooncakes (special puff pastry mooncake series represented mainly by egg yolk pastries and traditional Guangdong-style Cantonese mooncake series), and New Year goods (Guangdong-style festive cakes for Chinese New Year, mainly including crispy fried dumplings, laughing cookies, nougat, and peanut crisp candy), etc. Products are mainly sold in the Pearl River Delta and East China, with some products exported to Hong Kong, Europe, and the United States. The enterprise has fully enclosed clean workshops with a total area of 23,000 square meters and more than 100 employees. Its R&D and design team and food professional technical personnel number more than 50, and it also employs external expert consultants. The enterprise strictly follows the ISO22000 management system, controlling every link of the supply chain and production to ensure product quality continues to innovate while remaining stable. Shenzhen Maixuan is also the first food enterprise in Shenzhen to pass the AAA-level standardized good behavior enterprise certification and is a food export hygiene registration enterprise. It has won the title of Shenzhen Time-Honored Brand, Guangdong Province Best Brand Enterprise, and has won the Shenzhen Mooncake Gold Award multiple times. The enterprise's main strategic partners include well-known companies such as Walmart, China Resources Vanguard, Carrefour, JUSCO, and Gome. It also selectively undertakes some OEM customization business, including long-term cooperation with companies such as Bama Tea.
