模具中心占地一千余平方米，空调无尘环境，共有各类专业人员三十余人，可以自主设计开发各类高精密注塑模具，拥有各种进口高端品牌数控加工中心、线切割、EDM放电以及三坐标检测等设备几十台，可以保证加工各种三维造型复杂模具的能力，以及模具的高精度，有效达成客户要求的开发周期。
注塑中心拥有精密注塑机四十八台，配备进口五轴机械手、三机一体等目前行业内先进的生产设备，同时掌握行业内的双色、多色等生产技术。
喷涂中心建立往复式自动喷涂生产线，十万级无尘生产车间，以及专业镭雕设备，可以保证汽车内外饰件高要求的外观品质。
SMT贴片中心引进了日本SMT贴片生产线，可实现电子产品元器件的自动化贴装，配套各种智能、视觉装置和编程系统。
