本公司的技术和产品方向是以我国目前基本空白或市场占有率极低的高端先进技术和产品为主, 以国内外智能手机、平板电脑、可穿戴电子、物联网、智能家居，数字电视、安防监控、人工智能、网络通讯、云计算、大数据处理及储存等集成电路应用为主要目标市场，建设以模块封装(滤波器（Filter），射频前端模块(SIP)，电源模块(PSIP)），球栅阵列封装（BGA）和Wifi，BT, 物联网（QFN）为主的高端IC封装测试研发、生产及销售基地。不涉足成本竞争激烈的中低端封装，实现与现有国内主要封装企业的差异化竞争，弥补国内产业短板，提升国内产品技术水准，努力做成国内一流的封装测试半导体企业，达到并部分超越国际先进水平。
