(July 22, 2025, Wilmington, Delaware, USA) DuPont (NYSE: DD) today released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing its progress toward achieving its 2030 sustainability goals.

DuPont Chief Executive Officer Lori Koch said: "At DuPont, innovation and sustainability are inseparable, and this is reflected in our outstanding results. Over the past year, our teams have advanced breakthrough technologies, reduced environmental impact, and deepened our commitment to employee well-being and thriving communities. From global recognition for product innovation to record safety performance and climate milestones, these advances highlight how our teams create value for customers, shareholders, and communities.

DuPont's 2030 sustainability goals are divided into three focus areas: Innovation for Good, Protecting People and the Planet, and Empowering Employee Development. The annual report highlights our significant achievements in these areas, including:

Innovation for Good

Launched more than 30 new products that bring sustainability and performance advantages to customers, covering areas such as advanced computing, automotive electrification, medical devices, building materials, and water purification.

Won eight R&D 100 Awards and Edison Awards, with award-winning products featuring superior performance and sustainability benefits.

Won Samsung Electronics' 2024 Innovation Partner Award and three other supplier awards, recognizing innovation achievements that help enable advanced node technology development.

According to analysis using the latest proprietary Portfolio Sustainability Assessment (PSA) methodology, more than 75% of our innovation products are expected to bring sustainability value to customers.


Protecting People and the Planet

Set a new record for the safest year for employees and contractors; 84% of manufacturing sites achieved zero injuries.

61% of operational electricity comes from renewable sources, including purchased renewable energy credits - 41 operational sites use 100% renewable energy electricity.

FilmTec64 nanofiltration membranes and AmberLite64 ion exchange resins won sustainability awards.


Empowering Employee Development

The annual IMPACT employee survey showed that 89% of surveyed employees agreed that their work is important and felt connected to the company's mission.

Employees volunteered more than 3,800 hours across 166 DuPont-sponsored events.

Received Great Place To Work Certification64 in the United States and South Korea, and was named Top Employer in China for the third consecutive year.
