岗位职责
1、负责视频剪辑功能的技术实现，通过代码对视频进行剪辑、拼接、转场、添加字幕 / 水印等处理，生成符合需求的新视频；
2、研发文生图、图生视频相关功能，整合主流 AI 模型，实现从文本描述到图像生成、再到视频生成的完整流程；
3、设计并搭建高性能的接口后台，提供视频处理、生成相关的 API 服务，确保接口的稳定性、安全性和可扩展性；
4、优化视频处理和生成的效率，解决大文件处理、高并发场景下的技术难题；
5、参与技术方案的设计与评审，撰写相关技术文档，沉淀开发经验；
6、与产品、前端等团队协作，根据业务需求迭代优化功能，提升用户体验。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年以上软件开发经验；
2、精通 Python 编程语言，熟悉至少一种 Web 框架（如 Django、Flask、FastAPI 等），具备接口后台搭建经验；
3、熟悉视频处理相关技术和工具，如 FFmpeg、OpenCV 等，有视频剪辑、格式转换、画质优化等开发经验者优先；
4、了解文生图（如 Stable Diffusion、Midjourney API）、图生视频（如 Runway ML、Pika 等）相关模型及调用方式，有实际开发经验者优先；
5、具备多线程、异步编程经验，能应对高并发场景下的视频处理需求；
6、熟悉 Docker 容器化技术，了解 CI/CD 流程，能将服务部署到生产环境；
7、具有良好的问题排查能力、逻辑思维能力和沟通协作能力，能独立解决技术难题。
