冰泉始创于1955年，是国内*早一批从事大豆植物蛋白食品制造、开发、销售的企业。
公司主要产品有速食豆浆晶、速食豆腐花、速食纯豆粉、营养麦片、黑芝麻糊类等系列食品，其中速食豆浆晶为我公司于1980年首创，风靡一时，并在1988年获得13届巴黎国际食品博览会金奖，速食豆腐花引领风骚几十年，到现在还占有较大市场份额，蛋白含量40%的纯豆粉今年同比效率增长421.13倍，同类目销量*。
我公司豆制品产品原料都是来自东北黑土地的非转基因纯植物的大豆，公司车间按奶粉生产线设计要求，实现全线密相管道输送，干区CIP清洗消毒烘干一步到位，关键工序自动化控制，大大提高了生产效率和质量管控能力，有效地保留大豆植物蛋白精华，营养丰富。
产品销往国内20多个省区，并在上世纪80年就获得出口证书，出口东南亚、日本、欧美、港澳台等10多个国家和地区。全球大型商超沃尔玛在我公司代工，公司连续3年通过沃尔玛ESTS(社会责任审查）。
