公司一二期项目计划总投资30亿元，现拥有储罐166.5万立方米（全部为保税罐），3000吨级（可兼靠5000吨级）、 1万吨级、 5万吨级（可同时停靠2艘1万吨级油船）、15万吨级、30万吨级（已批，缓建）油码头各一座，可储存原油、燃料油、柴油等油品和石化产品，目前能接卸和装运1千吨至18.5万吨的油轮，是国内大型商用石油储运中转基地，也是目前舟山地区保税油业务资质*齐全的油储企业之一。
