Wuhan Taixiang Group Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive private enterprise. Its predecessor was Wuhan Taixiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The company was established in March 2004 with a registered capital of RMB 150 million and total assets of RMB 4 billion. The company holds a Grade I real estate development qualification granted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Its business covers real estate development, commercial housing sales, property management, real estate intermediary services, tourism project development, landscaping engineering, building decoration engineering construction, asset management, and many other services.
The Group has wholly-owned subsidiaries including Wuhan Yongshenghe Real Estate Co., Ltd., Wuhan Jinxiu Changjiang Real Estate Co., Ltd., Wuhan Jinxiu Qixing Real Estate Co., Ltd., Wuhan Jinxiu Shengkai Real Estate Co., Ltd., Wuhan Hongshan District Qiantong Microfinance Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Qiantong Pawn Co., Ltd. The Group currently has more than 350 employees.

It has also established a joint venture with Hongshan District Urban Investment Company to form Wuhan Hongxiang Real Estate Co., Ltd., operating the development of production and living supporting projects in the approximately 700-mu Qingling Industrial Park. It has also cooperated with Blu-ray Group to develop the Hannan Chutian Mansion project.
