中核承影（西安）医疗设备有限公司成立于2021年11月15日。由中核集团下属三级全资子公司中核高能（天津）装备有限公司和西安真核医疗科技有限公司合资而建。公司主要针对智能机器设备领域的高端医疗智能制造装备技术、工艺等开展研发攻关，实现伽玛刀应用在放疗装备领域技术的突破，填补伽玛刀设备在放疗领域的空白。目前公司主要经营项目是伽玛射线立体定向放射治疗系统，简称智能刀。
