岗位职责：
1、负责CGM信号处理算法的理论研究与创新，包括但不限于去噪、动态建模、预测与异常检测等；
2、构建并优化基于生理机制的血糖动态模型，提升算法的泛化能力与可解释性；
3、协同软硬件团队完成算法的嵌入式实现与产品化部署；
4、跟踪国际前沿研究，撰写专利与高质量论文，代表公司参与行业学术交流；
5、后期对已有算法进行优化与性能验证，提升系统整体准确率与稳定性。
任职资格:
任职要求：
1、具有985本硕博学历，具有海外博士背景优先；
2、专业方向为：生物医学工程、计算机科学、电子工程、数学等相关领域；
3、熟悉传感器信号处理、滤波算法等基础理论；
4、有医疗器械行业从业经验优先，有CGM、胰岛素泵、心电或其他生理信号处理经验者优先；
5、扎实的编程能力（Python/Matlab/C++等）；
6、具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力与项目推进能力；
7、英语读写能力优秀，具备国际论文撰写与学术交流能力。
加分项：
1、发表过CGM、生理建模、时间序列相关领域的高水平论文（如IEEE TBME、EMBC、NeurIPS、ICML等）；
2、有国家自然科学基金或企业课题项目经验；
3、熟悉医疗行业标准（如ISO 13485）和算法验证流程。
