Headquartered in Poland, the company has nearly 5,000 employees worldwide in Poland, Germany, China, and the Czech Republic.
The company's predecessor, Sitech (Shanghai) Automotive Seating Co., Ltd., was established in Shanghai Baoshan City Industrial Park in June 2004. It was mainly invested by German Sitech Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 150,000 million RMB. The company adopts a modern management system, combining the management strategies of German Sitech and Chinese shareholders. The company's customers are mainly OEMs. The core business is to supply JITs, metal structures. The company has passed the IATF16949 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental system certification, and national CCC certification.
