赣南创新与转化医学研究院（以下简称“研究院”）是赣州市以新型举国体制建设的区域科技创新中心、探索高端产学研深度融合发展新路的重要实践主体，由赣州市章贡区人民政府、赣南医学院及其附属医院联合国内外知名院士专家教授共同组建的高端生物医药新型研发机构。 研究院现有面积近 4 万平方米，已建成创新药物研发中心、高端生物试剂研发中心、医学科学研究中心、模式动物工程中心、和宠物大健康研究中心等七大研究中心，配备国内外先进的科研设施设备近万台，已形成完善的自主创新科研技术体系及成果转化体系，为国际一流高水平基础研究和创新药物研发与转化源头创新奠定了重要基础。现已组建 300 余人的生物医药领域科研创新团队，包括院士、各类*高层次人才、省部级人才获得者 50 余人，在院研究生 100 余人。
