Beijing Dujie Security Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dujie") is one of the security service companies with a modern management system, with a registered capital of 123 million yuan. On June 17, 2011, the company obtained the "Security Service License" approved and issued by the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau. Beijing Dujie Security Technology Co., Ltd. has successively established branches/subsidiaries in Shaanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong, Liaoning, Hunan, Hubei, Gansu, Hainan and other provinces, undertaking tasks such as social security maintenance, public and subway traffic safety, auxiliary police duties, and security assurance for major gatherings for governments at all levels and public security departments. Dujie has been rated as a "First-class" enterprise for manpower-based security service companies by the Ministry of Public Security, and as an AAA enterprise by the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce. It was also among the top 100 innovative and internationalized brand enterprises in Beijing's business services industry in 2019.
In April 2015, the company formally established the "Beijing Dujie Group", gradually improving the comprehensive security management system and achieving standardized and scientific security services. Through over a decade of unremitting efforts, Dujie has continuously expanded its development scale, initially forming five pillar industries: manpower security, technical security, safety training, risk assessment, and scientific research. To actively respond to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and closely follow the Party Central Committee's decisions and deployments on strengthening security for the Belt and Road construction, Dujie, under the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and the China Security Association, and in accordance with the general principle of "steadily and orderly promoting the internationalization of some strong and reputable security companies," initiated research on overseas security services in 2010, successively visiting and investigating security service companies in Pakistan, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other countries, and thereafter established an overseas project department. In May 2015, the overseas project department was formally registered in Hong Kong as China Overseas Security Group (Hong Kong) Pty Limited (COSG). In October 2016, Beijing Dujie Security Consulting Co., Ltd. was established to hold controlling shares in China Overseas Security Group, perfecting the group company structure, and concurrently carrying out overseas security-related services under the name of Dujie·China Overseas Security Group. At present, Dujie·China Overseas Security Group has achieved the establishment of branch companies and the operation of comprehensive security services in 10 countries, including Pakistan, Turkey, Cambodia, Malaysia, Mozambique, Thailand, South Africa, Somalia, Argentina, and Iraq, providing comprehensive security services to overseas branches of central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, local state-owned assets systems, and overseas project departments of private enterprises, as well as embassies and consulates.
In the future, Dujie is confident and determined, under the correct leadership of relevant national departments and the China Security Association, to center on China and the Asian region, while doing a good job in domestic security services, to follow the trajectory of the "Belt and Road" and carry out global layout, striving to realize that "wherever overseas Chinese enterprises go, security services will extend."
