余姚市城市排水有限公司于2005年3月成立，隶属于宁波舜建集团有限公司。主要承担全市污水收集主干管网、城区污水收集管网（泵站设施）的建设及运营管理，工业废水（预）处理、再生水制售等工作，同时，受市住房和城乡建设局委托，管理城区雨水管网、泵站，公铁立交泵站及附属设施管养等职能。公司下设办公室、企管部、财务部、物资采购部、工程技术部、养护管理部、运行管理部、运行监察部8个职能部门和滨海再生工业水厂、陆埠工业废水厂2个分厂。
