The company focuses on the research, development, design, production, and sales of high-end semiconductor solar PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) vacuum equipment, especially PECVD equipment for the production of high-efficiency heterojunction (HIT) solar cells.

In addition, the company is also involved in the R&D of vacuum deposition PECVD equipment for Organic Light Emitting Diode (AMOLED) displays, and has been supported by Shanghai's strategic emerging projects with strong backing from the Shanghai municipal government.
