Adopting a vertical integration development strategy with electric power design as its core business, the company holds a Class B qualification for professional design in the power industry (power transmission and transformation projects), a Class B qualification for engineering consulting in the power industry (including thermal, hydro, nuclear, and new energy), a Class B qualification for geotechnical engineering investigation and engineering surveying, a Class B qualification for general contracting of electric power construction, as well as a license for installation (repair, testing) of electric power facilities. It is capable of undertaking survey, design, construction, consulting, general contracting, construction, testing, and operation & maintenance projects for power transmission and transformation works and new energy projects at voltage levels of 220kV and below.
The company has a registered capital of RMB 50 million and employs over 150 staff members. The chief engineer is a professor-level senior engineer and a licensed electrical engineer, and several power engineering design projects implemented by the company have received provincial and China Southern Power Grid awards and excellence in design. There are over 100 key design personnel, including more than 50 senior and intermediate technical staff and over 30 junior professional staff, along with several licensed electrical engineers, structural engineers, and first-class construction engineers. The company's power engineering design achievements span markets including Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Jiangxi.
