Jiangxi Lianchuang Electronics Co., Ltd. was established on August 18, 2006, with a registered capital of RMB 330 million. It is a Sino-foreign joint venture high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of key optoelectronic products for mobile communications and computers.
The company successfully completed a reverse merger and listing in September 2015 on the SME Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under stock code: 002036.
The 'Lianchuang Audio-Visual Technology Park' invested and constructed by the company is located in Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, at the intersection of Fudayou Embankment and Jingdong Avenue along the Ganjiang River. The company and its surroundings are beautiful, covering an area of 327 mu with a total investment of RMB 1 billion. It is built to a high standard with optical component production lines, capacitive touch screen production lines, and micro electroacoustic component production lines. The Optical Business Group was established in September 2009 and is a division under Jiangxi Lianchuang Electronics Co., Ltd. It is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing, and sales of optical products such as mobile phone lenses, scanner lenses, sight lenses, camera lenses, high-end projection lenses, automotive lenses, ARVR lens modules, and various zoom lenses. It possesses internationally advanced precision testing instruments for optical lenses (TRIOPTICS MTF, UA3P, OC3D, eccentricity tester, stress tester, etc.) and high-precision production equipment, with products sold globally.
