能力要求/技术要求：
1.具有6年以上的Python后端开发经验。
2.编程技能：精通Python底层原理，熟悉Python体系主流框架，有使用Python开发中大型业务系统的经验。
3.AI技术能力：了解前沿大模型AI技术原理，具有RAG系统、AI智能体开发经验者优先, 熟练使用至少一种agent框架（langGraph/deerflow/Agno），对自主AI系统（OpenClaw/Hermes-agent）有工作经验者优先。
4.数据库：至少熟练使用一种向量数据库（如Milvus/Chroma/PGVector）、关系型数据库（postgresql、MySQL）。
5.其他技能：具备应用程序安全、网络安全和数据安全的知识和经验。
6.具备较强的逻辑思维能力，有良好的编码规范。
