岗位职责：
1.协助数据服务项目新爬虫需求开发、代码实现、数据对接、数据入库等事项，满足业务部门对数据的需求。
2.协助参与数据服务项目的需求调研、业务沟通、数据分析，整理需求说明书、并制定对接方案；
3.协助数据服务项目整体流程跑通，监控及运维现有爬虫项目，并对出现问题进行快速修复处理
4.参与代码优化、数据治理等，提升爬虫效率和质量，同时确保稳定性和及时性。
5.参与大数据分析计算需求，支持海量数据挖掘。
任职要求：
1. 熟练掌握Python编程，熟悉requests、BeautifulSoup、Scrapy、Selenium、Pandas等相关库。
2. 能熟练处理动态和静态页面抓取，能够编写高效的爬虫脚本，处理大规模数据抓取任务，并确保程序的稳定性和可靠性。
3. 熟悉数据清洗、存储（如CSV、JSON、hive、mysql数据库存储方案）和初步分析。
4. 3年及以上工作经验，有实际爬虫项目经验，能独立完成需求分析到代码实现。
5.具备良好的数据分析能力和学习能力；
6.有较强沟通能力，思维严谨；
7.有一定项目管理经验。
