成立于2003年5月28日，由原江铃医院在深化改革中被二附院兼并而成。建筑面积共6510平方米，主要有住院大楼和附楼，在职职工70余人，在编员工28人。核定床位60张，共设内、外两个科室。普通门急诊24小时提供医疗服务，其中总部派驻有中医科、口腔科、康复科等专家门诊，均为二附院正、副主任医师坐诊，技术精湛。
