文杏馆品牌创立于上海，首店文杏馆·昕隐于上海虹桥基金小镇中，环绕一棵银杏树而建。 创始人以王维诗词“⽂杏裁为梁，⾹茅结为宇。不知栋⾥云，去作⼈间⾬”为灵感，为品牌取“文杏馆”之名，以美食为媒，遥想“去作人间雨”之闲适，在人间，思绪冉，尘虑顿消。 首店渗入“银杏”主题，现代与古风相融，庭院深深、避世闲逸。二店取名文杏馆·臻，于商厦中打造亭台楼榭，韵雅潺潺，古法传承手工粤菜，缔造舌尖臻品。 文杏馆广州首店——文杏馆·海坐落于广州城央后花园四海城， 取“海”为名，以海为引子，源源不断将珍馐滋味带⾄餐桌。以海派摩登的设计风格，讲述海洋与餐桌的故事，兼容并蓄，寻味致远。
