广东梅平高速公路有限公司（以下简称“梅平公司”）成立于2016年1月26日，负责梅州至平远高速公路项目相关配套设施的投资建设和经营管理，是省属国企广东交通实业投资有限公司的控股子公司。根据广东省交通集团有限公司“十四五”战略发展规划，梅平、平兴、天汕、梅州西环和梅州东环支线5个运营路段纳入高速公路片区化运营管理试点范围，统一委托梅平公司作为运营管理单位。管辖项目主线里程共228.66Km，共有20个匝道收费站。
