鼐济医药致力于多维度突破AAV基因治疗产品从研发到商业化的技术瓶颈，解决临床应用中的错误包装、肝脏毒性、免疫原性、长期有效性和异常转录引起的组织毒性等一系列技术问题，并为AAV药物生产提供了上千升规模的低成本生产工艺。
在杭州医药港，鼐济医药已建成一个研发和中试生产基地，包括DNA合成区、工艺开发区、质控区、研发区、病理切片区和公共系统区域，满足研发项目全流程的需求。
【平台/项目进展】：鼐济集团的新型cceAAV载体稳定工艺放大平台已成功完成200升的生产测试，极大提高了载体药物的均一性。鼐济已与国际知名药企达成合作，共同开发新型病毒载体工艺应用。此外，鼐济还开发了具有自主知识产权的体外DNA合成体系，大大缩短了载体开发周期，目前正在与国内外药企商讨此技术的合作事宜。
【管线进展】：鼐济集团的战略管线布局分为两个阶段。一阶段，将VSafe平台应用于八个已通过临床数据验证的点，开发更安全、有效的cceAAV载体，已在SMA和血友病A型动物模型上完成药效试验。其中，SMA适应症临床项目首例患儿入组已顺利完成，患儿状况良好。二阶段将开发针对中枢神经系统疾病的靶向AAV衣壳产品，并进一步拓展AAV载体在小核酸和基因编辑治疗中的应用。
