In August 2013, Toshiba Carrier Corporation and Carrier Asia Limited jointly established a new company - "Toshiba Carrier Air Conditioning (China) Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), mainly engaged in the design, production, wholesale, sales, services, and technical consulting of air conditioners, heat exchangers, ventilation fans for air conditioning, and their components. The company is located in Xiasha Economic and Technological Development Zone.
