天津医药集团太平医药有限公司（以下简称“太平医药”）是天津医药主要药品商业流通企业，前身为1950 年12 月组建的天津市医药公司，主要负责天津市及周边地区的医药批发，同时负责天津地方的医药储备和毒、麻药品的专售。1994年天津市医药公司与香港太平企业有限公司合资组建成立了天津太平（集团）有限公司。2005 年天津医药集团公司收购了香港太平企业有限公司持有的天津太平（集团）有限公司股权。
