公司前身为核工业西南建设集团检测中心，承担集团内部项目自检及自主外部检测任务。为满足行业标准化、规范化管理的要求和集团公司发展的需要，于2018年成全资子公司，现隶属于四川省自然资源投资集团，拥有公路综合乙级检测资质。公司位于成都市新都区新工大道18号，拥有建筑面积2200m2，其中试验检测用房面积1300m2。拥有总资产1000余万元，包括试验检测设备仪具450余件（套），设备完好率达100%。公司主检土、水、集料、岩石、沥青、基坑、外加剂、掺和料、沥青混合料、水泥混泥土及砂浆、无机结合稳定材料、钢材与连接接头、路基路面、混凝土结构、地基与桩基础、交通安全设施等项目，同时具备齐全的公路检测项目及参数。
