四川泛华航空仪表电器有限公司隶属于中国航空工业集团有限公司直属单位—中航机载系统有限公司（简称：航空工业泛华、行业代号205厂），1996年由始建于20世纪60年代的四川航空仪器仪表厂和四川航空电器厂，在雅安就地合并重组成立四川航空仪表电器厂。2008年主辅分离辅业改制，军民品分立经营。2010年改制为四川泛华航空仪表电器有限公司。2012年通过重大资产重组，成为中航工业机电系统股份有限公司（股票代码：002013）的全资子公司，2014年由雅安整体调迁至成都市新都区。
航空工业泛华市研制生产航空燃油测量与控制系统和航空发动机点火系统产品的专业化公司，四川省高新技术企业，四川省企业技术中心。航空燃油测量与控制系统覆盖国产所有飞机系列；航空发动机点火系统配套于国内各类重点发动机机型。
