主要职责：
1) 参与产品的整体设计和需求分析等工作；
2) 负责系统功能模块编码实现和测试工作；
3) 参与解决开发过程中遇到的各类关键问题和技术难题；
4) 编制项目验收及产品开发过程相关文档，如接口文档、技术方案等；
5) 制定研发计划，确认项目优先级；按照要求进行任务排期，包括任务拆解、排期、评审、工时任务填写等；
6) 根据测试部提供的相关用例，完成功能自测；
7) 环境搭建、系统罐装、项目实施和部署等运维工作；
8) 配合完成部门安排的其他工作；
9) 需要与其他部门进行沟通协调，提供支持和培训；

任职要求：
1）本科及以上学历;
2）3-5年以上Python研发经验
3）一年以上安全产品开发经验
4）优先考虑具备单元测试经验(开发与测试协同能力)的候选人
4）后端框架：熟悉Django/Flask/Scrapy等应用框架(掌握框架原理)；
5）熟练掌握linux常用命令，熟悉linux组件部署和安装；
6）数据库：mysql/mongodb/es/clickhouse/redis等其中一项或几项深入了解(但不限于这几项)；
7）网络协议：熟悉HTTP、HTTPS、TCP、UDP等网络协议；
8）规范：熟悉项目开发基本流程规范；
9）调试：掌握功能调试工具、性能调优工具的使用，熟悉常用浏览器抓包手段；
10）攻防：熟悉相关攻防知识；
11）消息中间件：熟悉一种或多种消息中间件(kafka、rabbitmq等)；
