Tianhao Environment Co., Ltd. was listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 28, 2012, with stock code 300332. At its inception, the company focused on the utilization of waste heat and pressure in industrial energy conservation, achieving rapid scale expansion through the energy performance contracting (EPC) model, and has become a leading enterprise in waste heat power generation energy-saving services under the EPC model domestically. After listing, leveraging the advantages of the capital market, the company achieved cross-industry development of its main business in the fields of energy conservation, environmental protection, and clean energy. Tianhao's wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Huasheng New Energy Investment Co., Ltd., currently holds natural gas franchise rights in Yuanping City, Xing County, and Baode County in Shanxi Province, conducting industrial and urban residential natural gas supply operations, committed to achieving clean energy development nationwide and becoming an investment, service, and operation operator for waste heat and pressure utilization of the national West-to-East Gas Pipeline strategic network. On October 25, 2016, Tianhao Environment's full acquisition of Scinor Water was unconditionally approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Scinor Water, as a group company integrating membrane product R&D and production, equipment manufacturing, and engineering design, leverages its extensive technical and engineering experience accumulated in the water treatment field to provide customers with comprehensive, personalized, and integrated water resource solutions. Tianhao will work with Scinor Water to create synergy and value through collaboration in capital, market, operations, and business. In the energy conservation and environmental protection industry, Tianhao has established a good market reputation and a high degree of recognition for the 'Tianhao' brand. From 2010 to 2015, the company was consecutively rated as a 'China Energy Conservation Service Industry Annual Brand Enterprise' by the Energy Conservation Service Industry Committee of the China Energy Conservation Association.
