2015年慈安护老中心投资1000万元开办圆梦园（斗门区莲洲镇社会福利中心），床位206张，属非营利性“公建民营”、“医养结合”模式，圆梦园护老院位于珠海市斗门区莲洲镇（国家农业综合开发省级示范区，发展定位为"生态莲洲”）。园区总占地面积9000多平方米，其中建筑面积3131.22平方米，共4层。莲洲镇社会福利中心经过升级改造，将致力于打造田园农庄式的“生态”养老休闲乐园，并配套园艺、农作、食疗、水疗、中医、西医等养生“治未病”、身心康复服务等会员套餐项目。而莲洲镇社会福利中心改造及经营合作项目是在国家民政部立项的广东省养老院公建（助）民营改革试点项目。
