Guangzhou Hengsheng Construction Group Co., Ltd. was established in March 2000 and is a wholly state-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Construction Group Co., Ltd. It currently holds over ten construction and design qualifications, including Grade I general contracting for building engineering construction, Grade I general contracting for municipal public works, and Grade I professional contracting for building decoration and renovation. It also holds a controlling stake in Guangzhou Hengsheng Landscape Engineering Co., Ltd., which has Grade I qualification for urban landscaping. Among its current management personnel, over 85% hold various professional and technical titles, and it has more than 300 professional technical and management staff, including nearly 100 first-class registered construction engineers and over 50 senior-title personnel. Its business scope is centered on Guangzhou, radiating to most cities in Guangdong Province such as Huizhou, Qingyuan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Meizhou, and Dongguan, as well as some cities in Guangxi, and it has successfully expanded into the Southeast Asian construction market.
We attach great importance to engineering quality and construction safety, actively promote the standardization of internal management, and have passed the four-in-one management system certification of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and GB/T50430 standards. We have successively undertaken or participated in the general contracting of a number of national, provincial, and municipal key projects and Asian Games projects, including the Dongfang Electric export base, Guangzhou University City, Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center, grain and general wharf project at Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port, Guangdong Science Center, and the front square of the new Qingyuan Passenger Station on the Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway, and have created a number of model and high-quality projects, including 3 engineering quality awards, 3 AAA-level safe and civilized standardized credit sites, nearly 50 provincial and municipal excellent model projects, and over 40 provincial and municipal safe production and civilized construction model sites.
We have always been committed to improving the level of scientific and technological activities and research and development capabilities. We manage the Garden Ancient Architecture Research Institute of the South China Branch Center of the National Engineering Research Center for Construction Technology, and own multiple invention patents and utility model patents, 3 construction methods, nearly 20 provincial-level construction methods, and multiple projects have been rated as provincial and municipal demonstration projects for new technology application in the construction industry.
