Guangdong Wencan Die Casting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 1998. The Company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, and sales of precision aluminum alloy die-casting parts for automobiles. The products are mainly applied to engine systems, transmission systems, chassis systems, braking systems, body structural parts, and other automotive components of mid-to-high-end automobiles. The Company is headquartered in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, and has wholly-owned subsidiaries in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, Yixing City, Jiangsu Province, and Tianjin, achieving a reasonable layout across the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Bohai Rim regions, efficiently and swiftly serving automotive OEMs and first-tier component customers across China and the world.

In April 2018, the Company was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange with stock code 603348.

The Company has an excellent technical team of over 500 members with rich experience, equipped with modern advanced design and management software and tools. Currently, there are more than 150 die-casting machines (with tonnage ranging from 125 tons to 4000 tons) and nearly 1,000 machining centers. The Company's annual mold production capacity exceeds 350 sets, capable of manufacturing molds suitable for die-casting machines from 125 to 4000 tons, with an annual production capacity of over 40,000 tons of aluminum alloy die-casting parts.

The Company's customers include world-renowned first-tier automotive component suppliers such as ZF TRW, WABCO, VALEO, GETRAG, BOSCH, and JATCO, as well as vehicle manufacturers such as General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, Great Wall Motor, Volkswagen, TESLA, Geely, and NIO.

The Company received the "GM Supplier Quality Excellence Award" in 2014 and 2015; in 2014, it received the "2013 Excellent Development Award" from the Asia-Pacific Headquarters of ThyssenKrupp Presta Group; from 2011 to 2014, it was rated as the annual "Preferred Supplier" by BOSCH, a global major automotive parts supplier; in 2013, it received the "Special Recognition Award" from WABCO for efficient and high-quality supply during the mass production ramp-up phase of vacuum pump housings, as well as the "Best Process Improvement" award; in 2009 and 2013, it was rated as an "Excellent Partner" by VALEO; in 2012, it received the "Global Best Performance Award" from JATCO.

In 2018, the Company was honored with the title of "Top 50 Comprehensive Strength Die-Casting Production Enterprises in the Second China Foundry Industry" and "Vanguard Enterprise of the Third China Foundry Industry"; it was rated as a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise by Foshan Economy and Information Technology Bureau; the first shift of the die-casting workshop was awarded the "Guangdong Province May Day Labor Award"; at the 12th China International Die Casting Industry Exhibition in 2017, it won the "Gold Award for High-Quality Castings" and the "Gold Award for High-Quality Castings (Special Award)"; in December 2015, the high-performance automotive engine belt tensioner product of subsidiary Nantong Xiongbang won the "Third Prize of Nantong Science and Technology Progress Award" issued by the Nantong Municipal Government; at the 2015 China International Foundry Expo, the Company's products won the "Gold Award for High-Quality Castings (Special Award)".

In recent years, the Company has made breakthrough progress in the fields of aluminum alloy die-casting parts for new energy vehicles and body structural parts, and has entered the mass production stage for body structural parts for TESLA and Mercedes-Benz. The rapid growth trend of new energy vehicles and lightweight vehicle bodies will provide the Company with broader development space.
