化学与精细化工广东省实验室潮州分中心，简称韩江实验室，是广东省委省政府批准建设的第二批广东省实验室之一，于2019年7月在潮州市登记注册为事业单位。韩江实验室以陶瓷材料和食品科学与技术为主要研究方向，分别聘请中国工程院院士、武汉理工大学教授张联盟，华南理工大学教授赵谋明主持建设，聚焦省重点领域研发任务和地方支柱产业发展需求，开展基础与应用基础研究和成果转移转化，致力于建成与地方支柱产业转型升级需求相适应的科研技术支撑平台。
