I. Comprehensive Introduction Beijing Zhongrui Electronic System Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. was established in 1964. It is a state-owned design institute under China Electronics Corporation (CEC), integrating engineering consulting and planning, architectural design, general contracting, and project management. It is a Grade A industrial and civil architectural design institute and a first-level assessment institution for work safety standardization by the Science, Technology and Industry Bureau. It is one of the main compiling units for several electronic industry standards and specifications.
II. Development History The institute was founded in 1964 and has consistently adhered to the purpose of serving construction, undertaking consulting and design tasks for related electronic engineering and civil projects, making significant contributions to national development. 1964-1965: Process Design Office of the Tenth Research Institute of the Ministry; 1965-1982: Process Design Office of the Tenth Research Institute of the Fourth Ministry of Machinery Industry; 1982-1987: Design Institute of Radar Industry Administration of the Ministry of Electronic Industry; 1987-1994: Electronic System Engineering Design Institute; 1994-2010: Beijing Zhongrui Electronic System Engineering Design Institute; 2010-present: Beijing Zhongrui Electronic System Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. Over the past 50 years, the institute has completed engineering design and consulting for over 2,000 national key projects and large and medium-sized projects. The projects cover fields such as VLSI (very large-scale integration), flat panel displays, new energy (polysilicon and photovoltaic industry), high-tech engineering, and civil architecture. The achievements span across the country. In recent years, the institute has received 1 national gold medal for excellent design, 1 silver medal, and 13 provincial/ministerial-level engineering design and scientific progress awards, and has earned a good social reputation through strict quality management and high-quality services.
III. Qualifications Beijing Zhongrui Electronic System Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. is an enterprise with national Grade A qualifications for engineering consulting, architectural design, electronic engineering design, and general contracting. It holds the following certificates: Grade A for architectural engineering in the construction industry; Grade A for electronic engineering in the electronic/communication/broadcasting and television industry; Grade A for general contracting qualification; Grade A for engineering consulting qualification. It has obtained GB/T19001-ISO9001 triple certification for quality management system.
IV. Human Resources The institute places great emphasis on people-oriented management, actively attracting, valuing, and cultivating talents. It currently has a team of expert managers, technical personnel, and experienced skilled workers. Currently, it has 10 first-class registered architects, 8 first-class registered structural engineers, 11 national registered engineering consultants, 20 national registered equipment engineers, 9 national registered electrical engineers, and 38 personnel holding other registered certificates. There is 1 expert enjoying special government allowance, 3 researcher-level senior engineers, 15 senior engineers, and 37 engineers. Master's degree holders account for 16% of employees, and those with bachelor's degree or above account for over 95%.
