The company was established in 1996 based on the reform and innovation of the East China Architectural Technology Development Research Center (an associated economic entity of the eight provincial design institutes in East China). It holds the Class A qualification for architectural industry (architectural engineering).
Since its establishment, the company has completed significant large-scale architectural designs including super high-rise office buildings, star-rated hotels, aerospace laboratory buildings, university campuses, and sports centers. It also implements a full-process general contracting service covering construction, installation, and decoration, with design as the main body.
