湖南弘一律师事务所成立于2008年5月，现有执业律师及工作人员500余名，人多而势众，势众兼业精，其中执业律师中有博士7人，硕士研究生128人，教授1人，副教授1人。系全国优秀律师事务所、全国化解社会矛盾先进单位、全国百强律师事务所、全国律师行业先进党组织。律所下设专业委员会和工作委员会两大模块，以及决委会、管委会、监事会、联委会四个机构。现已设立衡阳、株洲、岳阳、永州、湘西、合肥、益阳、郴州、海口、杭州等分所，邵阳、娄底、深圳等地分所正在筹建当中。
