辽宁黄海实验室（Liaoning Huanghai Laboratory，以下简称实验室）是辽宁省人民政府批准成立的、依托大连理工大学建设的非法人科研实体，于2022年6月成立。实验室主任由中国科学院院士、大连理工大学校长贾振元教授担任。实验室立足国家和辽宁经济社会高质量发展，坚持“四个面向”，重点围绕高端数控机床、高端基础件、航空航天装备、智能制造及智能装备等高端装备制造领域开展基础科学研究、关键技术攻关和产业化应用，构建突破型、引领型、平台型为一体的重大科技创新平台。实验室汇聚了以两院院士、杰青等高端人才为核心的雄厚科研队伍。
