In the oil refining sector, Hengli's 20 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project is the first major private refining and chemical project included in State Council documents, and also a strategic project for the new round of revitalization of Northeast China. In the polyester new materials sector, Hengli Group possesses advanced technical equipment with an annual polymerization capacity of 8 million tons.
