The Changsha Yida Intelligent Manufacturing Town project has a total investment of 10 billion yuan and a planned area of 3,410 mu, including 2,254 mu of ecological green space and 1,156 mu of construction land, with a planned building area of more than 1.3 million square meters. The project is implemented in two phases over a construction period of four years. The first phase of 502 mu started construction in December 2017.
