Jianyan Kaibo Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. is a directly affiliated holding supervision company of the China Academy of Building Research. Its predecessor was Beijing Kaibo Construction Supervision Company, which was restructured in accordance with the Company Law upon the approval of the China Academy of Building Research and the approval of the Ministry of Finance, and was renamed as Jianyan Kaibo Construction Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. after the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The company has been carrying out supervision business since 1990 and is one of the earliest enterprises to participate in the pilot supervision program nationwide. It is one of the first 59 Class A supervision units in the country and is now a governing unit of the China Association of Engineering Consultants and the Beijing Association of Engineering Consultants.
